100 days.

There’s a new trend going around called #higherupwellnesschallenge. It’s about intentionally doing something that makes you feel a bit uncomfortable and pushing yourself outside your comfort zone. Let’s face it, nobody really enjoys feeling vulnerable. Yet when you step out of that cosy bubble and try something new, you grow, learn, and become stronger.

My goal is to speak for at least 60 seconds every day for 100 days. Why? To prove I can commit and remain consistent through repetition. No perfection, no editing, no filters, just keeping it raw, authentic and real!
