Each plan is tailored specifically to your fitness goals. Before we start, we will check in for any injuries.
We will then do 6 minutes of light cardio as a warm up. This helps to warm up your muscles and prepare you for the main session.
The main session is 30-45 minutes. We will focus on your form and technique. As you grow more confident, we will then progress onto more intermediate/advanced exercises.
Workouts will be varied targeting all muscles of the body. From weight training, resistance machines, circuits, HIIT training and light boxing.
Before the end of each session, we will perform 6-8 stretches as this helps to prevent any injuries and helping improve flexibility.

Online consultations are either via Zoom or Loom. Home consultations are to be within a 5-mile radius.

Not at all. I work with everyone, from all levels of ability and ethnicity. Reborn You’s core values are Honesty, Consistency and Commitment. Without these it won’t work.
What you do outside matters just as much as what you do inside the gym. You are held accountable for your actions and must be committed and consistent in order to achieve the results you want.

Unfortunately no. You’ll be barely scratching the surface from a single session and not taking much away. Sessions are split into a minimum block of 5 to ensure commitment and consistency.

No. You will only receive your exercise plan.
Meal plans are only accessible when you sign up for both the Accelerator and Elite plans (online coaching). However, set meal plans as well as exercise plans can be purchased separately for an additional cost.

Personal Training
Once payment has been received (PayPal, BACS transfer or cash) you will receive your plan within 48 hours. A link to Google Drive will be sent via email.
Alternatively a PDF can be created and emailed over to you instead. Confirmation will also be sent over to you.
Online Coaching
Once you sign up for your membership, you will then get full access. There will be PDF files which you can then download. Depending on which plan you sign up to.
