Tricep Rope Twists

Muscles worked: Triceps (back of upper arms)

  1. Attach a rope to the high cable. Hold it with both hands, elbows close to your sides.

  2. Push the rope down, twisting your wrists outward at the bottom, then slowly return.

  3. Repeat for 8–12 reps for 2–3 sets.
